Here at furnishingsdirect we offer beds, mattresses and leather sofas that are the highest quality. We have been involved in designing and constructing of all our beds to a very high standard, we have made our beds as solid as possible to insure they last for years, Our prices are highly competitive as you are buying direct from source, this enables you to cut out the middleman and get the best price possible.

We have over 12 years experience in the furniture trade, and have a friendly and helpful team who can assist you with any product information you need to know.

Our aim is to supply most of our beds and mattresses from stock and get them delivered to your home as fast as possible. We feel that the quality of our beds are second to none with our great prices and fast delivery times.

Delivery

All our beds and mattresses are delivered Free to any UK mainland postcode, We may also be able to offer delivery to non mainland areas but please email us for a quote before you make your purchase.

Stocks
Most beds are in stock and we try to deliver faster than approximate timescales. Please email or call to confirm before you purchase to get a firm delivery date. If we are out of stock of  a certain bed we always have a delivery date booked so we can give you a accurate delivery timescale.

Please note that bank holidays and holiday times may occur slight delays as these may take up few working days.

Returns

If in the unlikely event you wish to return your goods, we will offer a full refund (This excludes mattresses that have been taken out from there original packaging due to hygiene reasons). We must be notified by email,phone or writing within 7 days of your purchase date to qualify to return your goods.  Please be aware there is a collection fee of £55. We do also offer the option for the buyer to return the goods themselves buy this is totally at the buyers risk . The returned goods must be new and unused and all Packaging perfect and sealed. When the goods have been returned to us and been inspected we can then offer the refund minus any collection fees that will have to be charged.

Returns procedure
Please forward your full name, address and two contact telephone numbers along with the product name and colour. This must be done within 7 days of purchase. Please also state whether you require collection or if you will be returning the goods back to us at your own risks and costs.

Our collection fees for a single item is £55 and multiple items may cost more (please email prior to purchase if you need to know in advance).

Faulty goods
Any goods that appear to be faulty, please email a picture to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can look into the problem and resolve the situation. Please be aware we must have a digital camera image of the problem or we will not be able to take the issue any further.
